Robert Wesley has been appointed as the new VP of North American Customer Development for supplier NeoGames, beginning 1 August.
Wesley joins NeoGames following 25 years at the Virginia Lottery, where he held a variety of positions throughout his time there. The most recent was Deputy Executive Director of Lottery.
Wesley’s new role will also see him supporting and assisting NeoGames’ current clients.
Moti Malul, NeoGames CEO, said: “Rob is hugely respected within the lottery industry and has an incredible track record of delivering iLottery growth during his time with Virginia Lottery.
“As we have consistently demonstrated, our iLottery offering is the industry leader and we want the right people to drive our efforts as we look to accelerate our customers’ success.
“Rob joining NeoGames is a major coup and sharing his expertise with our customers will undoubtedly help to effectively grow their businesses.”
Wesley said: “It is a thrill to join NeoGames and work with such an impressive portfolio of lottery partners. I am excited by the new challenges that lie ahead and look forward to sharing my expertise with the NeoGames team and our lottery partners.”
Following the recent four-year contract with Lotteries Entertainment Innovation Alliance AS (LEIA), NeoGames expanded its European footprint.
The agreement makes it possible for the company to provide material to lotteries in France and Scandinavia.
NeoGames will expand into five new European markets through its cooperation with LEIA, including Denmark’s Danske Spil, Finland’s Veikkaus, France’s Française des Jeux, Norway’s Norsk Tipping and Sweden’s Svenska Spel.
