He is starting his SOFTSWISS journey as Head of VIP at Managed Services at the company. His duty will be to enhance VIP Service. It means he will be working on innovative analytics and segmentation to increase the value and retention of the department. The goal is to drive VIP value and increase revenue growth.
Hamilton is a very well-known person in the industry. He is a customer-centric expert in the iGaming field, which will help SOFTSWISS to enhance the business. Hamilton’s knowledge about the industry and significant amount of experience will be a fantastic addition to the VIP Player Support team.
Rhys has more than 18 years of experience in the iGaming industry. He had been working in different roles over the years, including the role of Head of Casino at League of Entertainment and also Head of VIP at Casumo and Hero Gaming.
Before taking over this position, Hamilton lived in Gibraltar. He moved to Malta in order to join SOFTSWISS’s team.
